Plain terms

1. The service

MailHandled is an AI assistant that organizes email, drafts replies for your approval, watches calendars, and files attachments, using accounts you choose to connect. It is currently a beta: features may change, and access is by invitation.

2. Your responsibilities

• Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use.
• Review drafts before sending — you are the sender of everything you send.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or attempt to probe or disrupt it.

3. Your data

Your content remains yours. How we access and protect it is described in the Privacy Policy and the architecture guarantees on Trust & safety. You can disconnect accounts or delete your account at any time.

4. AI output

Drafts, summaries, and classifications are produced by AI and can be wrong. MailHandled is built so that mistakes are visible and correctable — nothing sends without you — but you are responsible for what you approve.

5. Beta, warranty, and liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and may be interrupted or changed during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoshmand AI's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently $0 during the free beta).

6. Termination and changes

You can stop using MailHandled and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. If we make material changes to the terms, we'll email account holders first. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Contact: support@hoshmand.ai.
