MailHandled

Mail. Calendar. Files. Handled.

An AI chief of staff across all your Gmail and Outlook accounts. It screens the noise, drafts the replies, catches the fires, and files what matters. Replies are sent only after your approval. Service alerts and summaries follow your notification settings.

What it does all day

Four jobs, one assistant, every inbox

MailHandled works across every account you connect, sorting, drafting, capturing, and filing on a schedule you set, with an audit trail for all of it.

  • Emails. Noise screened out before you see it. Real mail triaged by urgency, with send-ready replies drafted in your own voice, waiting in your drafts folder for one tap.
  • Meetings. Every calendar merged. Events captured from plain email, held for your approval, conflicts flagged across accounts.
  • Files. Attachments named properly and filed into your own Google Drive, and a year of old ones on request.
  • Bills. Every subscription learned from receipts, including usage billing and cards that are quietly failing. Renewals surface before they charge you.

What you actually see

A row, and two ways to end it

Mail that is asking something of you arrives as a line with the answer already on it. No reply is sent and nothing is added to your calendar until you press something.
